Change the meeting days for research, set a new zoom account and update the calendar

Overview

The research team decided to shift their meeting day from Tuesday to Thursday so we need to set up a new zoom link and update the calendar invite.

BACKGROUND

Traditionally the research team meetings were held on Tuesdays ( one day after the all-hands meeting where we usually decide the assignments for the week) but the research lead @kelenelee realized the old schedule was damaging to the team's productivity. Then the team agreed on shifting the meeting day and time from Tuesday at 11 am PST to Thursday at 5 pm PST.

Action Items

• [x] open the Zoom accounts spreadsheet
  • [x] read instructions
  • [x] choose an available zoom link (being mindful of the other teams that might be using the link before or after your team meeting
  • [x] add a new row for the meeting onto the spreadsheet
    • [x] Find the previous log for the meeting and note which account was previously in use
    • [x] Delete the previous meeting row so the time slot would be available for other teams
• [x] log into 1 password
  • [x] go to zoom vault time.
  • [x] Create a new recurring meeting in the zoom account you choose
  • [x] Clear the previous zoom meeting from the account that had been in use previously
• [x] Edit the invite calendar link to include the new invite URL
• [x] Update the link in this column Project Info column on the board.
• [x] Update the link in the wiki Getting Started page
