Recruiting HfLA designers from other teams

BACKGROUND

after the #437 breakout room interviews, we devised a new plan to interview more designers working with their team's Figma file. I will be messaging the Slack channels of teams with developed design systems in their Figma file and asking for their participation in our research sessions.

ideally we would like 5 participants total. we will need to move forward by early sept. the participant numbering will continue from the breakout room interviews.
