Overview

We need to establish everything the content design team will need to work together smoothly internally and collaborate with UX/UI.

Background

We had one UX writer / content designer for many months. We now have two and content is its own team that will have weekly meetings.

Action Items

Resources/Instructions

Robert and Sandra will meet on Sunday, January 15⋅2:00 pm CT to decide on the above and delegate the action items.

To-do's: Put the following into an appropriate issue: -Edit the DS "start here" page -Introduce "Page Tables" and explain how to use them effectively -Sync content team and articulate operations -Decide frequency of attendance by content team at ux/ui design meetings -Sync with design re. our sync Figma page -Provide feedback re. new pages and redesigns

Decide level of priority of the following projects: -Rewrite guide to design systems -Define goal of DS team, Figma Kit: what does success look like? what are the benchmarks on the roadmap to this success? What info do we already have about this? Gather and refine. -DS style guide -Sync with Sam about UX content community of practice; how can DS be involved with that? -Suggest establishing design/content crit process and what it would look like

Share thoughts re: -Understanding what task we are on and where it falls in the process; a. content of Figma Kit: separate "Design System Foundations" from "Processes" b. separate the look and feel of the design from what we need to communicate (already seeing this done in wireframes for housekeeping section; new visual feel not working though... do we have to use these meaning-poor illustrations at all? they serve no purpose and look unprofessional somehow)
