Mentor night should be themed? and it can be anything we need to have direction with Mentor Night.
- mentor night can be
  - culture chat, problem solving, pair programming, theme mentor night (tools we love, mobile development, cloud talk, etc...)
  - theme could be determined by simple popularity in chat, poll, trend.
