Create copy doc [Source of Truth SOT] #1044

Overview

After a half year of deliberation and research on ways to handle the SOT for Content, we've decided to test out using a copy doc (see previous work in https://github.com/hackforla/expunge-assist/issues/757). Either one google doc per page/element on figma, or one very long google doc or sheet tracking ALL content on the site, that must be updated with all changes and would be the definitive source of truth.

Action Items

[x] Check off the boxes when finished
[x] Create a template for the copy doc (suggesting using 1 central document, like a sheet)
[x] Add all content elements
[x] Look for inconsistencies, especially between the master mobile and desktop, cross referenced with other sources like the IUT 2 archive and WIP pages)
[ ] Finish adding all content elements and pages
[ ] Present in content for feedback,
[ ] iterate, and present again
[ ] Disucss in Content
[ ] Finalize document for use

Decided to go forward with this as our official source of truth. Team members will be finalizing the SOT doc and then we will continue to use it To be added: LP, About, FAQ, Credits. And?

Copy doc is created, it needs to be finalized and then the issue can be closed. This will be out SOT going forward. Will reassign someone to double check and finalize. It's close to being finalized.

Copy should be the same on three pages: Master Mobile, Master Desktop (Both in Figma), and the Copydoc.

Created audit document in shared drive 1044 Content SOT Audit to record differences btw SOT and wireframes.

Audit of desktop wireframes approximately 80% complete. Will do mobile wireframes next.

Presented to content team for discussion and created several action items to resolve discrepancies. Actions now 90% complete, just waiting for further direction on a couple of items.
