Modernize LG Modals #1130

Overview

The modals in the LG are visually unbalanced. Improve the visual design of the modals and add them to the Design system and Figma library.

I created a draft of what the new modals could look like in my playground on Figma, but holding off on exploring this as the team is discussing what to do with our affirmation cards
