Overview

The website currently has no place for people to reach out to us with inquiries, feedback, or requests for assistance. By developing this contact form, we aim to streamline the process of receiving and managing incoming communications, ensuring that inquiries are promptly addressed and routed to the appropriate team members or departments. This contact form will serve as a valuable tool for enhancing our engagement with stakeholders, fostering transparency, and ultimately, strengthening our relationships with our community.

Here is the link Bonnie shared to forward all EA emails to PMs: https://github.com/hackforla/product-management/wiki/Forward-emails-to-team-members

If decide to go with the form, Bonnie suggested we follow up with her for specific recommendations around the process she uses for forms. For example, once form is submitted maintaining column to tracks taken and noting what team did in response to each form submitted.

Update: we discussed that expungeassist@hackforla.org is the email address that needs to be used moving forward, and the info@expungeassist.org as a filler on the website will be changed to expungeassist@hackforla.org @sydneywalcoff
