External links need to identify themselves with external link icons. See Bonnies comment linked in the resources for more info.

External links to specific guides require the publisher. (example: Clearing Your Adult Criminal Record in California: A Step-by-Step Guide (publisher: Los Angeles County Neighborhood Legal Services))
