Got deleted, where is it?
One of the content folks started new draft
Failure to take the privacy policy seriously in September, now we have to wait to create a new one based on the guidance
Contributors can't delete docs on Google docs for this reason

One Sheets

Ok for One Sheet for community partners (call it something else: Partner One Sheet) to appear on website (EA website and HfLA) -- make this doc a link from Overview page, and to appear on EA website

Expunge Assist email

Never use personal email, EA email can be forwarded to personal email
Use forms - there is a setting in the form to subscribe. Don't do from personal email but from EA email

Launch Prep?

For site, think of should do versus must do
Site has to work without obvious bugs, or needing to explain problems during doing a demo
Aim - credibility
Or has market changed
Like adding why we aren't using AI, we want users to have full confidence in product, and concern in AI, so should be added to site
Number 1 goal: is not to get people to write letters, but to get a partner

Once partnership is secured

Then we can make adjustments accordingly
And put them in research plan

Troubleshooting communication between Leads and teams

How to get Leads to check GH for issues
Bonnie notes that it is common problem
Website team has 100s of issues on its board
Ex: Intern team, how to look at things to look at or not, Tag: "Ready for Dev lead," it has column: "Questions/Review," labels like "status holding," "time sensitive" will get to top of queue even if it is lower on milestone list
Slack should be used to link to GH issue, and can be responded to GH
For every team meeting, Lead should be reviewing ready for lead meeting -- PMs will give directive to Leads and put it back to Questions/Review column, and can be linked in Slack
People need to put their names on GitHub handle
If it's in prioritized backlog, PM can add label, and PM can add note
Ready for prioritization (for product) -- signed off in everyone involved to be moved to prioritized backlog
