Overview

Usability testing indicated that the FAQs were overwhelming/too wordy. FAQs need to be reviewed for cognative overload.

Action Items

[ ] Review FAQs and iterate solutions
[ ] Bonnie suggested to create FAQ using examples of HfLA and Civic Tech Index websites
[ ] Collaborate with Dev and Design to create accordions
[ ] Review in Content
[ ] Handover to Dev

Closing as there is a new issue to review FAQ content with the current goals in mind. This issue can be a reference to the info from IUT 1 results.
