• We're looking for new members on UX design (with experience on B2B app and customer service) and also a Usability / Research person to audit our website.

Accelerated meeting due to broken zoom link — had to use a different zoom link with a 30 minute time limit.

• Quick catch up on in-progress issues
• Moved landing page background issue back to QA column — should probably have someone test items to confirm issue is solved.
• Gave Alice, a new UX volunteer, a quick tour of the kanban board, figma file, introduced her to a few possible starter issues. Gillian from same cohort may join next week.

Update: _Clarified that ideally, we do QA before pushing things live that involves fresh eyes — someone outside the design and engineering team — perhaps a product manager?

Longer term: perhaps a real QA testing process (different devices, accessibility checklist, robust and secure, etc.) if we have QA resources._

• Ice-breaker: What would you do if you found that your account was annonimously credited by $100,000? Funny answers only 😁
• What to do with the items in QA lane? What is it that we need to do to move them to Done?
• We do have 2 UX research issues/tasks high in priority in the Prioritized Backlog lane. Should we expedite on them? How?
• How do we know which of the bug should be prioritized against the feature issues? For eg. Issue #769 seems serious but is low in priority. Can we have some sort of risk measure associated with the bug or can we together set priority for the bug against the features?

1. Q&A: PM's will double check issues in Q&A. Not too structured, we'll make sure the feature is working in different devices and systems. (Action, Device, System)

Updates: How do we know which of the bug should be prioritized against the feature issues? For eg. Issue Bug: Data Entry User can get access to Admin Dashboard #769 seems serious but is low in priority.
