Toggle that displays a transit layer on the map #1090

Overview

Food-seekers often look for pantry locations near public transit because food can be quite heavy and they don’t have a vehicle that can carry what is often several boxes of food.

Let’s add a toggle that shows transit lines or stops on the map. This will allow folks to look up transit between their home and the pantry location.

Moved to Icebox. Determined this is a "nice to have" feature but not a priority now.

This is actually a pretty important one for food seekers, especially those without cars.

Icebox might be the right place but this probably comes after “filters for days/hours open” and language in importance for many folks. I’ve added it to the Food Seeker UI 2.0 to try to keep it on our radar. It might end up in 3.0 or elsewhere.

This might be a pretty simple ‘display layer’ action, as it looks like OpenStreetMaps (which is what we use) already supports transit.

The button to show/hide this layer would probably appear under the existing zoom in/out buttons on the map, or we might want to make it more obvious.
