Bug: Add New Feature in Production is not working #2154

Describe the bug

advancedFilter is not available for production site.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Log in as Admin User, and go to "Features Flags" page
Try to add a new feature
No feature is added

What's the expected result?

We should be able to add feature to the features table

What's the actual result?

Might need/run a migration script to add the features table in the production database
