The FOLA application has no unit or integration tests at this point.

[ ] Decide what level of testing is necessary and appropriate.
[ ] Put the infrastructure in place - test runners, etc. and integration with check in and deployment procedures.
[ ] Create one or two tests using each test type as examples
[ ] Create a prioritized of the tests that should be created
[ ] Create issues for remaining high-priority tests.
