Style Guide for 'How to Make a Guide' Presentations

Overview

We need a style guide so the formatting & design are consistent across all new presentations.

• [ ] Review the formatting updates in #113
• [ ] Review the Gather Examples Part 1 presentation and identify any other features missing from #113 that should be included in a style guide
• [ ] Create the style guide on Figma

Started working on a Design System draft, it is saved on the ~figma file~ will move it to H4LA group once it's reviewed. - has been moved to the main figma file

@designer2209 Please add this to the rules in the style guide for the decks

• All steps within a section should have the same color box, should reset to step 1 when the section changes and use the next color in our 3 color set
• Steps should be used whenever there is a list of instructions to follow that continues across multiple slides.
