• If a particular Research Plan was not conducted during the Internship 2022, note why under "Current Status".
• Tips for identifying mislabeled GitHub issues
  • In the search bar, type keywords that might be related to this research plan
  • Start broad to identify keywords that might indicate the same thing. Quickly scroll through all issues to see if the language to describe this research plan was inconsistent (e.g., "intake" vs. "onboarding"). Make sure that no matter the language that the RP label is correct.
  • Look in both open and closed issues

@epierotti3, there is one blocker on this issue before it can be marked done:

Current status: Did we every get parental consent to analyze data from minors? If not, then we should delete their recordings.

@bradyse We have consent from parents of Intern # 10, Intern # 2, Intern # 4, Intern # 9, Intern # 5, and Intern # 3. I am not sure if we have consent from Intern # 6's parents yet (she may or may not be 18 yet). Intern # 6 is still actively working with Bonnie so this would be a good thing to double check with her. The other interns are all 18+ so as long as they consented to the interview then I think we are fine.

I confirmed the recordings of all the interns who provided informed consent. To make sure that I kept track of everyone, I edited Elizabeth's comment above to mask the intern's names. I do know that Charity is not underage but accidentally got put on the mail merge for parental consent.

I updated the wiki page with the relevant info. So this issue is done and should be closed.

On wiki page, there's a link to a depreciated document that should be replaced by the intern roadmap. Go check the depreciated document to make sure the content is reflected in the roadmap, otherwise summarize the differences and bring to the research lead for next steps.
