We need to update the wiki team page with the LinkedIn profiles of the members

Action Items

• [x] Create new pages in the roster spreadsheet for current and former team
• [x] populate with the info from the main roster sheet by building a formula that finds the name and then populates the linkedin
• [ ] Convert tables to markdown (see resource 1.04)
• [ ] Update the wiki (see resource 1.04)

Formula that looks at a cell with a name in it and then returns the linkedin link from the T column.

  • [ ] add to team agendas to confirm from dept. leads that team roster status is up-to-date for their team members
  • [ ] open the internship wiki team page and Team Roster
  • [ ] compare 'Current Team' table on website page with team members that have 'Active' as their status on roster
  • [ ] check for team members not on one or the other
  • [ ] If any is found, edit the website page and add team member. Follow these steps
    • [ ] edit wiki page to add anyone missing (Ask for help at the next team meeting if you need a walkthrough)
    • [ ] edit roster to add anyone missing, and tell pm team about it.
  • [ ] Sort the spreadsheet by inactive members. If the team member status is 'Inactive' on roster, edit the website page and move or add them to the second table (Ask for help at the next team meeting if you need a walkthrough).
  • [ ] ~Open an issue on the hackforla.org website repo to update team members on our project page~ - once we have the page live
