The Internship project provides an opportunity for students to work on open source projects in the fields of software, product development, project management, and UI/UX research and design at LA’s fastest growing Civic Tech non-profit organization during their summer.
We need to conduct research plan audits so we can track where we are in terms of research milestones and better prioritize research templates for the team.

[ ] If you have any questions for the research plan audits, please leave comments and screenshot (if applicable) below as you go through each action item
[x] Open the link in Resources 1.02
[x] Read the Legend sheet and focus on the four icons we will use in the auditing process
[x] Glance through each sheet and familiar yourself with each research activity and phases in sheet List of steps in order since they corresponds with the columns in sheet Audit of all Current Research Projects
[x] In sheet Audit of all Current Research Projects, go to column A and find the row of the research plan you are assigned to
[x] Choose the GitHub page by clicking on the link to take you to the wiki page
[x] Copy the URL of the research plan's Wiki page you just opened
[x] Paste the URL you just copied and place it between brackets at the end of the texts in Resources 2.01 so it appears as a hyperlink
[x] Replace [REPLACE RP000] in Resources 2.01 with the research plan number, i.e. RP002
[ ] Review the wiki page to get a basic idea of the research plan and its status
[x] In Research Roadmap section, open the wiki page and roadmap document in new windows in your browser
[x] Choose the appropriate icons for column E and F
[x] Based on the participant type on the research plan's Wiki page, choose the corresponding Research Plans and Goals Chart in the subsections of Resources 1.03, i.e. 1.03.01
[x] Check if the chart has been made and includes this research plan's details in the chart
[x] In column I, choose the appropriate icon.
[x] Go to All Issues section of the research plan's Wiki page, open the link in a new window in your browser because you will need to check all the open and closed issues related to this issue
[x] Go to Assets section of the research plan's Wiki page, and open each link in that section in a new window in your browser so you can review the assets for the research plan auditing
[x] Based on all the documentation you gathered, please choose appropriate icons for columns H and J to AE
[x] Read the research plans, or use your best knowledge if the research plan is not complete, identify the primary research method(s) for this research (columns AF to AJ), data synthesis for this research plan (columns AK to AN), whether secondary research has been done or is needed(column AO), and reporting and dissemination has been done or is needed (columns AP and AQ).
[x] Choose appropriate icons for columns AF to AQ
[ ] If there is any research activity or potential template you can think of but was not included, please leave a comment on the corresponding research phase in row 2
