At Thursday meeting with new PM, start by getting their email address and adding them to google drive, and send them the roster, then they get added to github and then added to the agenda
Met Maria at yesterday's UX meeting, Rabia will make sure she is invited to the all team meeting
Don't use private channels
Don't paste link for zoom meetings in channel, instead ask people to paste their email address so that we can add them to calendar invite.

We will be applying to become a community service certificate granting entity and will offer it to the interns (please reword)
10 hours of community service is not enough for S/W engineers and we will probably take in Project managers for that number but we will need more hours from the S/W engineers.
Check applications for interns phone numbers so that we can reach out to them regarding the interviews
Reach out to Emily regarding lack of response from BWS students. 'We did not hear from any of the students from BWS and we realize that we never gave them a deadline in order to set up the panel interview. Please advise as to what the next steps should be.' Chromebook doesn't allow annotation in Zoom. I downloaded the Page Marker extension for Chrome
There are 3 timer apps available in the Zoom marketplace, 2 work only with meetings, the 3rd will work with webinars as well. Someone not on a Chromebook needs to try them out as I had no luck.
Google Calendar has the feature to turn on Religious/Cultural holiday calendars and they show up on your calendar.

If you have never been to a blameless retrospective it can be very effective. Its designed to help us understand how to prevent the failure from happening again.
