Overview

We need to improve on the intern exit process at the end of the internship. We need a scripted form for the exit interview.

Action Items

[ ] Add the rest of their profiles below
[ ] Perform an analysis on their Linkedin
- [ ] Review Interns' Linkedin issue
- [ ] Look at Linkedin profile to determine results for
  - [ ] Number of endorsements and endorsement coverage ( at least 1 endorsement for every skill practiced here)
  - [ ] Number of connections and HfLA team member coverage (coverage defined as linked to every person for whom they did a review or reviewed for)
  - [ ] Overall completeness
- [ ] Write up analysis
- [ ] identify which questions should be asked during their interview
[ ] Make an exit interview form (take current questions and turn them into form format)
[ ] Update Linkedin template to include new requirements identified during this year's analysis

@ExperimentsInHonesty I had mentioned that the LinkedIn profile check process needs to be improved and streamlined. Some issues regarding the exit interviews have come up and need to be improved upon as well.

Incorporate the relevant feedback into the research slide deck; check with Snigdha if she has a slide for "Suggestions for Improvement of the Research Plan"

can we change this issue name to Audit of Intern Exit Process? then we can use the feature: audit label here as well...

we will be breaking down this issue into two separate issues or more https://github.com/hackforla/internship/issues/65 Its reasonable to have an issue that improves the linkedin review process and other issues that do other things.
