Overview

All new product managers should read the guide to Kanban to familiarize yourself with how we use Kanban here at Hack for LA

Action Items

The phases in the guide-making process are listed below. Each phase displayed in blue is linked to a wiki page with instructions on how to complete that phase. Open the wiki page in a new tab, copy the instructions for each part into the section labelled 'Tasks' at the bottom of this issue, and complete each task listed.

If you are doing reviewing it and you have an issue already assigned to you in the product-management community of practice you can unassigned yourself from this issue. If anyone is left because this is the only issue they are assigned to, then please put this content into the template guide format, as per Olivia's instructions https://github.com/hackforla/knowledgebase-content/issues/16

For devs adding this guide to the Toolkit page: the guide card Illustration and image credit information is in the Toolkit page Figma file (blue rectangle on bottom left)

This mockup needs updating so that we can update the guide on the website and use the information in the Kanban guide image

The links to the guides above don't resolve. Issues related to this are:

There are also many copies of each of these guides. I don't know which are the most up to date, The person who sorts this out will need access to hackforla-email-all email account so that they can search across all drives.

The folder in product is simply called Kanban and seems to only contain a copy, not the original linked above
