Create a Guide: Create a Competitive or Comparative Analysis for your project #19

Open ExperimentsInHonesty opened 3 years ago

ExperimentsInHonesty commented 3 years ago

Overview

We need to create a guide for making a competitive or comparative analysis so that teams can understand how they are similar and different from others in the space.

Action Items

The phases in the guide-making process are listed below. Each phase displayed in blue is linked to a wiki page with instructions on how to complete that phase. Open the wiki page in a new tab, copy the instructions for each part into the section labelled 'Tasks' at the bottom of this issue, and complete each task listed.

@Olivia-Chiong can you take a look at the above draft and see if you want to make any additions/changes to it before we make a template.

ExperimentsInHonesty commented 3 years ago

Once the draft is done, I would like to make an issue for the VRMS team that has a link to the work that Dean already did, but was never completed: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12hAejjAlz43DIdfvvT54hSgnAswWf1NLzBcc9VminBk/edit#gid=0

Olivia-Chiong commented 3 years ago

@ExperimentsInHonesty I added a second action item for teams to add their examples into the template. This is ready to be made into a template, so let me know if its good to go.

ExperimentsInHonesty commented 3 years ago

good to go.

Need Suggestion/Recommendations

Olivia-Chiong commented 3 years ago

@nagesh23nayak Great first draft, we need to make a time to discuss the way examples and templates are used in this guide. Can you please reach out to me with your availability? Thanks!

Updated as per suggestion, Document in same link

Hi @nagesh23nayak can you review the format of the guide and ensure it is inline with the guidelines in https://github.com/hackforla/knowledgebase-content/issues/106 and https://github.com/hackforla/knowledgebase-content/issues/93

ExperimentsInHonesty commented 3 years ago

Hi @nagesh23nayak I know its been a while, checking in with you to see if you are still interested in working on this guide. If you are not interested, please let us known so we can reprioritize.

Hi Hackforla/Product-Management,

Apologies, due to my busy schedule I won't have time.
