Create a Guide/Template: Practical applications for Code of Conduct #86

Overview

We need to create a guide to practical applications for Code of Conduct so that we know how to manage and escalate any situations as appropriate.

Action Items

The phases in the guide-making process are listed below. Each phase displayed in blue is linked to a wiki page with instructions on how to complete that phase. Open the wiki page in a new tab, copy the instructions for each part into the section labeled 'Tasks' at the bottom of this issue, and complete each task listed.

@Olivia-Chiong I went through the projects and I didn't see any examples that I can add onto here, should I perform a quick google search or move forward to the next steps?

@kcoronel The yellow outlines are for highlighting a specific part of a screen shot, you do not need to put a highlight around each one. Also the numbers are for annotating a single image that needs several items referred to, so please don't use them for your steps.

@kcoronel we reviewed the draft during todays community of practice and left some notes in the document. Also I added another example and things to practice. Thank you again for your great work on this.
