Follow up regarding LADOT contact #135

We have LADOT contact with a lot of data. Follow up to see if we can offer assistance in data cleaning/etc to help get it into public domain.

News from John Ritchey:

Department of Neighborhood Empowerment is onboard to help lucky parking and they will be putting a call to volunteers in a newsletter with an open rate of 4500ppl! We have been making progress with the department of transportation and we MAY be able to get the more detailed parking information you were looking for.

Newsletter was supposed be sent out yesterday but is delayed again. Unknown when it will be sent.

Met with member of Neighborhood Empowerment from Los Feliz and Emerson Manor Neighborhood Watch (Westchester). For Westchester there seems to be parking issues caused by LAX, car rental companies, and LMU students. Will look into it in the data.
