Template Request: Onboard/Offboard General Team Members #476

Overview

Hello team,

I am looking to have a issue template created to help onboard new team members non-product manager.

New team members would go through onboarding via an active ticket instead of just viewing a previous ticket and mentally check marking it. This would give the team member first hand experience in using Github as well have a trackable Onboarding/OffBoarding for new team members.

For most optimal, this should result in two templates. One template will be for onboarding new team members. One template will be for offboarding team members.

Old list looks good. We should probably go through this list and clean up the lists/permissions that we do have. But otherwise, looks good. I wish more of it could be automated.
