Overview

The issue templates need to be updated for more productive work.

Action Items

[x] Remove mandatory environment field in defect reports
[x] Create epic issue template
[x] Include [Task] prefix in title for tasks
[x] Proper case [Feature] title prefix for feature requests
[x] Remove all personal information, except for name, in onboardings
[x] Change acceptance criteria field to bulleted checkboxes for feature requests
