Overview

In order to help get funding and attract new volunteers, we will be creating a video asset that highlights the Food Oasis project and the people who got it off the ground. We have a director, cameraman/editor, and the necessary equipment.

Jordan manages the validation volunteers and does training on saturdays John Darragh is the tech lead and manages all the software engineers Jenny is the outgoing Subject Matter Expert and her availability is Monday - Friday from 8-9am until March 30th Please coordinate with Katie and Olivia about getting some of Jenny's time Katie is the primary Product Manager

Sent this in Slack to Olivia, Kate and Mike Hi Olivia and Katie, Mike wants to contact Jenny for some video footage for the video we are making for Food Oasis. But I don’t want it to keep her from turning over all the material we need. How do you think we should handle this?
