Overview

We need to document the steps and resources so that we can understand the usability testing and improvement methodology used in the first round, and be able to replicate it again

[ ] Hack for LA Volunteers via CoP - UI/UX, Product, Data Science, Engineering. Teach them how to do comparative analysis who did comparative analysis. Guidance on how to do it should be consistent -

Progress:

I reviewed all the documents in the issue assigned to me
I completed gathering resources and steps completed during the first round of usability testing and comparative analysis
Kevin responded to my questions about the process and I updated the document accordingly
I am currently working on the formatting of the replication guide for the usability testing

Blockers: I did not face any significant challenges yet Availability: I hope to spend 2-3 hours on it this week ETA: I hope to incorporate the recommendations from the last testing and finish creating the guide this week or next week the latest.

I believe these copies were made during the process of creating a simplified spreadsheet for the usability tests. The copies are filtered to only show a few neighborhoods rather than all, and the "Copy of Copy" only has one tab instead of the additional tabs with instructions.

I think this replication guide is pretty much done. I was just supposed to review it after the previous volunteer left. It looks fine to me. I made a few edits to mention someone else who was involved with the project.
