We need to create a guide to setting up one-time passwords in 1Password for use with 2FA in GitHub accounts so that all login information is located within 1Password.

@Neecolaa @JasonEb Hello. My name is Jessica and I am a Tech Lead on the Website Team. I have created this issue because Bonnie wants me to create a guide on how to set up one-time password in 1Password and use it with GitHub accounts. Since I wasn't sure where to place this issue, I have placed it on 2 boards:

• Project Management Board
• Templates and Guides

Also, I know usually, issues need approval and moved to the Prioritized Backlog before someone is assigned to it but I have gone ahead and assigned myself to this issue because Bonnie wanted me to work on it.
