Overview

We are meeting with a key stakeholder, the VRMS team, to discuss their needs and gain input.

This issue records both our questions for them and their responses/feedback.

Following circulation of the slide deck created in #388, VRMS told us that they preferred Swagger due to greater familiarity and experience with it. However, they were outvoted by other stakeholders, and we will proceed with Redoc.
