Conduct research on CoP attendance

Overview

We need to conduct a research to identify the reasons for low attendance at weekly meetings. Outcomes include understanding volunteer motivations, discovering effective meeting practices and how to improve attendance, etc. The research will initially focus on the PM CoP before being implemented by other projects.

Update: I tried to reach the researcher multiple times but wasn't getting any response. Finally scheduled a meeting yesterday (11/16) but couldn't get her to perform the above tasks. I've sent follow-up messages summarising the action points but still no response. I'll give it another week and then decide what the way forward would be.

• I don't have permission to add a user to the product management repo
• The researcher developed a summary of findings deck that needs to be interrogated further

  • Should the researcher attend these weekly roadmap meetings (if convenient)?
