Lola Sarumi inquired about deleting issues. If you would like to delete an issue, usually we would tag it as unplanned so it doesn’t get counted. If we really have to delete it (very occasional occurrence) talk with Bonnie and the other PMs during the PM CoP meeting to discuss it first. PMs can also delete comments on any issues in their project. Important to note that anyone can open an issue in any repo. Deleting issues isn’t generally the norm; if you created an issue in the wrong repo, you can just move it instead.

We already reviewed TDM Calculator’s marketing epic last time. Just added Home Unite Us team marketing epic to the comment above. The reason all teams must complete their marketing epics now is that we want to get started on our marketing efforts. The marketing epic(s) are meant to assist in prepping us to get new marketing people for each, so we can have a big marketing recruitment push, get them their own CoP, etc.
Two new PMs have been onboarded this week for Expunge Assist, their onboarding will be finalized today.
New Agenda Items: Work on our accomplishments epic (https://github.com/hackforla/admin-accomplishments/issues/3), very similar to the marketing epic project. An epic is a set of tasks/issues that get created under a domain (marketing, accomplishments, etc.), that helps us understand/track tasks in said specific domain. These epics are permanent, they will never close and serve as a permanent record. On the HfLA website, we want it to post exactly what was accomplishments in each project. We are about to go live with our HfLA homepage website reboot, hence the urgency. Every team should make an issue in this repo, like we did for the marketing epic. Each team should also have an accomplishments issue in their own repo/project, that lives to be continuously updated. Figuring out all the accomplishments the website team should post is going to be specifically challenging, because there are so many issues in that project that it’ll be hard to distill. Issue creation template has been recently created for this accomplishments epic; it's going to make that process far more streamlined. Lola asked what’s worthy to be considered an accomplishment; template has rules on what counts (matching algorithm from Home Unite Us is an example of an accomplishment that can be posted). Sarah Monks asked what (i.e. present, past, future) should be used when writing up an accomplishment. We will post it as a large, grouped, full list of accomplishments (by year and project) to show the extent of HfLA's contributions.

For Guides team, we will move all Guides from individual/multiple CoPs to Knowledge Based Content Tracker repo (centralizing it).

Start by checking-in with projects (nothing new to report here).

Milestone is being worked on for every project. Bonnie made a spreadsheet for existing PM's to have access to new channel for recruitment of incoming PM's.
Jasmine set up VRMS account. Bonnie sent a message to pm's from every project in regards about the epic. When Onboard/ offboard for pm's to have checked to add vrms. Make sure pm's ask about being added to vrms during cop meeting.
Rick and varun joined in the last 30 days are verified for vrms account. Bonnie made a new roster for PM's who are active and PM's updated their email on the roster from every project. Bonnie went through marketing teams issues for each project and placed the issue on their project board.
