Overview

We need create a replicable process for starting new projects and onboarding Product Managers so that more time can be spent on the projects directly and that all new PMs get a consistent experience.

Action Items

[ ] Model setting up :
- [ ] new project repository
- [ ] related github teams
- [ ] Product Management project board
- [ ] Creation of new issues and milestones
  - [ ] in use across multiple projects
  - [ ] in use across some projects (find commonalities)
- [ ] Customization of the issues

A list of initial product management activities from the 100Automations project that may be helpful to note here:

Create one-sheet for project
Create social media accounts (Twitter, FB, Youtube and Instagram)
Create Project Management Board, new Issues and walkthrough of Issues with Product Owner
Update Readme for repo
Set up weekly meeting cadence (if not set up already)
Set up Quick Links on Project Management Board
Identify roles needed to be filled for project
Identify project OKRs with Director of PM and Product Owner
Create personas
Update Team Roster

Hi @rframbro2 and @abi-a

@NivenPrasad and I assembled all the issues from the 100 automations board, and via a tour through TDM calculator's old issues we identified new issues to 100 automations, and Niven created them as appropriate. Then we created Milestones and organized the tickets into them. We put all of that information on this spreadsheet

100 Automations Initial Issues

I have created a spreadsheet for Civic Opportunity so we can do a comparison between issues that have been created and issues we might need to create. I've added this reconciliation to https://github.com/hackforla/civic-opportunity/issues/23 Civic Opportunity Initial Issues

Ultimately 100 Automations will create an automation that will install issues on a new repository, so identifying common issues across new projects will be required.
