• Racial Justice is a Hack for LA project to help end Qualified Immunity (QI) for Law Enforcement in the United States. QI is part of a legacy law enforcement system that can be unjust and brutal. QI’s power comes from denying civil adjudication to the citizens it harms. This denial of a significant legal means of redress results in a system that perpetuates a culture of impunity.
