Document using Google Calendar Accounts for user testing #1047

Overview

The UXR team needs to document the use of Google Calendar accounts so that future researchers can easily understand how to utilize these tools to schedule usability testing.

@KPHowley We should document it. I can edit this issue later on when we start testing with MailChimp. Actually, we should also document using Calendly, that can be separate task.

Progress: The text of this guide is complete. Blockers: Need to create, edit, and add relevant screenshots and add links to related resources that a UXR needs in order to complete the tasks within this guide. Availability: I will devote 5 hours this week to completing this guide. ETA: October 23, 2024.
