@Biuwa Update on Issue 1533

  1. Progress - We have reviewed past research to understand what tools the UXR team has previously used. Current UXR members are in-process of getting access to 1Password. We have not created an usage guides or unarchived our Slack #tdm-ux channel.
  2. Blockers - We cannot unarchive Slack channels, so we need to ask Bonnie to complete that. We cannot create usage guides for the tools until we use them ourselves and have an understanding of them that allows us to create the guides.
  3. Availability - Abby and I can request our Slack channel, but we cannot work on site how to guides until after using them.
  4. ETA - Site how to guides can be created after the reset button testing, but I cannot provide an ETA until that issue has a more firm timeline

  1. Progress: Still in the beginning stages of this task. Now that we’ve conducted the UXR team's first round of interviews and are heading into analysis, we can start filling in these guides as we utilize the tools/programs.
  2. Blockers: Some of the items listed that need how to guide our team still has not utilized yet/do not fully understand (I.e. ArcGIS). Also, need clarification on if we need to document tools that we have phased out of the process.
  3. Availability: I can dedicate about 6ish hours to this issue this week
  4. ETA: Now that the reset button interviews have been conducted we can address a good number of these (slack, UXR Gmail, google suites, google calendar, zoom) however until we finish the analysis and learn more about some of the other programs like ArcGIS, I don’t have a firm ETA. Might be worth setting up a meeting to review ArcGIS in full.
  5. *Pictures or links (if necessary):** N/A at this time

Progress: UXR team has divided up the different parts of this issue to complete them simultaneously. We are currently in-progress with the guides to using Google Calendar for user testing and FigJam for affinity mapping. Blockers: Need to finish adding screenshots and relevant links to in-progress guides, and need to start on the guides for Zoom, Google Sites, and ArcGIS. No current members have used ArcGIS, so that guide cannot be completed until we have done that. Availability: Team members will spend 5 hours this week finishing the in-progress guides and gathering the resources to start the remaining guides. ETA: FigJam and Google Calendar guides eta = October 23 and remaining guides eta = tbd.
