Overview

The UXR team needs to document the use of Zoom and Otter.ai so that future researchers can easily understand how to utilize these tools to conduct and transcribe usability testing sessions.

Action Items

• [ ] Document Zoom account instructions
• [ ] Document Otter.ai account instructions
• [ ] Add documentation to wiki
• [ ] Review with product and research. Update if needed based on feedback
• [ ] Once finalized, add before and after images to the staging deck on this slide
• [ ] Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.
