DTLA Hack for LA is partnering with Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) to develop a Traffic Demand Management (TDM) calculator tool. This tool will help planners at LADOT and real estate developers to meet the Los Angeles’s Mobility Plan goals by 2035.
Currently, the Calculator allows people to select Car Sharing 1: Car Share Parking and Car Sharing 3: Private Car Sharing Fleet. This results in double dipping, since the applicant will theoretically be getting points for providing the parking and the service itself, which is not the point of Car Share Parking.
Action Items
Grey out Car Sharing 1 or 3 if a user selects one of them.
