Page 4 to Page 5 Transition Not Scrolling Up

Overview

We need to address the issue where the transition from page 4 to page 5 does not properly scroll up to the top.

• Steps to Reproduce:
  • Navigate to page 4 of the application.
  • Click to proceed to page 5.
  • Observe that the page does not scroll up to the top as expected.

Action Items

• [ ] Review the page transition logic between pages 4 and 5.
• [ ] Ensure that when navigating from page 4 to page 5, the scroll position is reset to the top.
• [ ] Test the transition on multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistency.
• [ ] Once finalized, add before and after images to the staging deck on this slide
• [ ] Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.

Update The scroll bug seems to affect the following browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge, Brave. The issue goes beyond the transition between pages 4-5 as the bug can be found on multiple pages. Details below:

Firefox page transitions 1-2, 4-5 Chrome page transitions 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 Safari all page transitions Edge page transitions 2-3, 4-5 Brave page transitions 1-2, 4-5

I've only tested on desktop browsers so far.
