• set the return value to check if order is descending in ProjectsPage.jsx

• The changes in this PR would just switch the meaning of sort newest to oldest with oldest to newest. The issue was to change the default sort order for the My Project page. I clearly did not explain this well enough in the issue. This changes was subsequently implemented in PR #1951
