1930 default sort order reset sort #1948

(Code was accidentally omitted from this PR - See PR #1951 for code changes.)
Fixes #1930 and completes #1915

What changes did you make?

Implemented default sort order on My Project page to be dateModified, descending.
Added code to reset the sort order to this default when the Reset Filter/Sort button is pressed.
Commented out the code and components for the Filter Drawer

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

Per Issue #1930 and #1915
