Overview

Need a wiki article (with helpful screenshots) on how to take a screenshot using the GoFullPage browser extension and include it in a pull request. Then add a link within the pull request template as a comment like below:

This issue calls for a wiki page to be created and then an update to the PR template to be made. That needs to be clearer in this issue, and we will need to detail how/where to update the pr template via a pr.
