Redesign Citizen Engagement project card with 16px text

Overview

There is text within the Figma's Citizen Engagement page that is 14px. According to the Design System the minimum size of all text should be 16px. Redesign this page with the correct text size to reflect the live sites design.

Action Items

• [x] Make a copy of the latest mobile and desktop Citizen Engagement screens (In red container) for you to work on.
• [x] Use the live site page as an example of what the design should look like with 16px font size.
• [x] Design a new version of this page that adhere's to the design system standards.
• [x] Once your designs have been approved by design and development team, and stakeholders move the red container over it to signify that it's the latest design.
• [ ] Update the Current Pages page in Figma with your designs (see Figma Housekeeping)

Hello all! Progress: I've successfully setup my local environment and was able to get Docker up and running. I've also found the necessary documentation to complete the last step of this issue Blockers: I only have read access to the Figma account and just requested editing capabilities Availability: About 6 hours total in the evening ETA: Sometime by the end of this week pending permissions granted Pictures (optional): I only have view access
