Overview

We need to have personas so that we can evaluate if the features we are developing service the target audience.

Action Items

• [ ] Review research plan and interview guide for donors, and this summary of user groups
• [ ] Ask Bonnie to connect you with perspective participants such as Rachel Parker Chavez (works at Super By Design) She can advise us in terms of institutional giving and partnership/advisory. #2309
• [ ] Conduct user interviews with participants
• [ ] Conduct affinity mapping in order to distill research of target groups and identify overarching themes
• [ ] Create personas from research findings
