The Brigade Organizers Playbook project page needs to be updated so that the project information is up to date.

I have formatted this so that its ready to work on, but I would like a second set of eyes from dev leads, to make sure I don't have any mistakes. Also if we are desperate for good first issues, you could break this up into a lot of smaller issues. But if we are not, I would like it to get worked on pretty soon.

@ExperimentsInHonesty - I have looked at this issue and made minor edits. One question: in the leadership: section, the replacement entries do not include picture / avatars. I assume we want to include these?
