ER: Card text for Eli Selkin card in Engage's Project page is displayed nonuniformly

The project pages are dynamic and are built using the same template in the layout folder (Resource 2), when the site is served.

[ ] Replicate the issue by using the inspect tool in chrome and looking at the emulator for a mobile phone.
[ ] Check other project pagesto see if it's happening on their current team member listings
- [ ] If it is, review code in resource 2 and see if it has a problem.
- [ ] if it is not, review md file for the project (resource 3) and see if there is an anomaly there.
[ ] Write up the problem, and the proposed solution in the comments on the issue
[ ] Review with merge team member (during office hours or a team meeting) if you are unsure of anything about it
[ ] Implement solution, and test locally
