local testing of new dockerhub image

Overview

We need to test the new docker image which has been uploaded to the hackforlaops account at dockerhub.

Details

• The new docker image was built in connection with https://github.com/hackforla/ghpages-docker/pull/3
• The image is hackforlaops/ghpages:testing
• In order to test the image we need to modify docker-compose.yml so that it pulls the new image

Action Items

• [ ] Update docker-compose.ymlto reference the image hackforlaops/ghpages:testing
• [ ] Test locally using docker-compose up
• [ ] Create a DRAFT PR so that other devs can test
