Fixes #7703 ### What changes did you make? - Added project profile Srishti Gupta lines to the leadership variable in expunge-assist markdown file `_projects/expunge-assist.md` ### Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)? - To keep list of current project team members under Expunge Assist up-to-date
