back at work #16

hey folks, i'm back at work and am trying to figure out where we are. vanessa gave me a quick update about yesterday - and THANK YOU ALL for a) working through the tension and b) continuing with this project. it seems (at least from my end) like it is a lot of work, but the end result will help tons of folks who are struggling in our area. So my questions for now are: a: how do I join this group? i'm "watching" the repository, which means I'm getting updates - is that enough? b: is there a url address where I can see where we are at with the page?
c: is there anything I need to do with it for now? thanks again - I'm so excited to see this in action! you all are the best!

Hi Dale! You can see what the current version looks like here: http://fbwm-foodfinder.herokuapp.com/

Anything that you would like us to change, just create an "Issue" here on github. I don't think we're very far away from a publicly usable version. There are some relatively small changes, and some bigger ones that can probably wait. Let us know what your priorities are for changes and we'll do our best!

thanks andy - i am feeling much better. my partner & another one of our kids... not so much. can't wait for it to be out of our house!

@dalew I personally know people who will need this tool so I'm really excited to work on it. I've already showed it off to a few people and they are excited about it!

I also know a few people who work with food not bombs of amherst who are excited to have this as a resource to give people who are in need.
