Add "Short Description" Info to All Meetup Orgs #23

Maybe Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Any

Maybe we could find a better word than "beginner" to. Newbie? Possibly even allow for tagging with 1 or more if a group is borderline. The only downside of that is how to output the skill levels without duplication when they are not being printed in a "grouped by skill" format.

For instance, adding the skill to the main tech org list may not work well out of the box.

We could also consider Beginner Beginner - Intermediate Intermediate Intermediate-Advanced Advanced Any

We added a Short Description and are going to start there because Skill Level would be more difficult to define.

@sshelato Pam started filling out descriptions for the groups she's involved with. I think that will be step 1 to fill those out for all groups and then step 2 is we can tag groups based on other dimensions and for your use case with the library.
